Ramblings II

-So remember when I gave that warning about the first ramblings post, that it might be a little loopy because I was running on an all nighter? Well yeah, in the past 40 hours I've slept an hour and a half. So the level 5 warning is still in effect till further notice

-I'm listenting to "Men in Black" right now. Will Smith is quickly becomming one of my favorite artists. That's not a joke. He's a really good rapper, and the beats are catchy. I swear to god I'm not making this up.

-So me and Sean just had a pretty good chat on leadership. I've been doing a lot of self analysis on the topic, trying to determine the causes for why my captaining has been subpar so far. One thing that I came up with is that a lot of times I fall into the team mentality rather than fix/change it. CCC was an example of this, where as I mentioned before I thought we lost two games on a lack of intensity and fire. I kind of fell into the team mentality that was occuring rather than changing it and bringing that spark. This is something that needs to, and will change starting now. I've kind of treated this year as a captain as more of a training session. Right now this is Sean's team, and everyone knows it. As long as he is here I will be in the shadows, and that's fine because it's in the best interest of the team. I essentially need to make sure that I am ready to run the ship next year when Sean isn't around, and am trying to soak in everything I can now to make sure I'm properly prepared to do so. However, with that being my mentality, I lost sight of a lot of things for this year. The majority of practices this fall, I ended up running because of Sean's crazy schedule. Whether I was ready to be thrown into the flames or not, thats the role I was in and I didn't step up. I guess that's why the fall is made for mistakes and learning. The spring will be different...

-So as many of you know I started reading books recreationally, which is a pretty crazy thing. Right now I'm reading Winning by Jack Welch, who was arguably the best CEO of all time, building up GE into the powerhouse it is today. I've really enjoyed reading it so far, as a lot of the material is designed for the business world, which is an interest of mine, but really translates into any aspect of life you let it. On leadership he lists 8 rules that he folllowed:

1. leaders relentlessly upgrade their team, using every encounter as an oppurtunity to evaluate, coach, and build self confidence

2. leaders make sure people not only see the vision, they live and breathe it

3. leaders get into everyone's skin, exuding positive energy and optimism

4. leaders estbalish trust with candor, transparency, and credit

5. leaders have the courage to make unpopular decisions and gut calls

6. leaders probe and push with a curiosity that borders on skepticism, making sure their questions are answered with action

7. leaders inspire risk taking and learning by setting the example

8. leaders celebrate

It's real good stuff, and you can probably expect more things from the book to appear in my blog in the future.

-Wild Wild West, Jim West, desperado, rough rider, no ya dont want nada. None of this, gunning this, brother running this, buffalo soldier, looks its like i told cha. Yeah, I started singing Wild Wild West. Sorry. WILL SMITH 4 LIFE!!!

-So I pre-ordered the 4th season of 24 on DVD. For those of you who don't know 24, it's the best show on TV. I'm VERY excited about this, and am planning on watching it for 18 hours straight on December the 9th. I realize that this may be the weekned before finals, but really, I mean lets ask ourselves, what ARE finals? You don't know either. Exactly.

-Mike Yanchak sent me 6 emails today. 6!!!

-Me and Sean were just talking about Brent, and boy can I not wait for that kid to come back. Besides the fact that he is one of best, if not the best all around player on our team, he's also one of my favorite all around people. We as a team haven't kicked it into the next gear yet, something which I think will occur after we have our team meeting where we set a goal. Brent is one of those people that will lead the charge on stepping things up, especially since he has lost time to make up for being he's spent the last few months of his life on a boat.

-So I want to talk about Wes real quick, because I think he will be the X factor for our team this season. I think that how far our team goes will be similar to that of Wes's progress as a player. If he can turn himself into the superstar we all hope he does, I think our team can really do some special things. If he has another mediocre year like last season, then it's going to be a lot more difficult for our team to accomplish some of our goals. The thing about Wes is he's one of the most fundamental players on our team, as he rarely makes mistakes (well as long as he's not throwing hammers anyway). I think we need to have Stu on the D line, and its hard to say what Vatz's deal is going to be for the spring, so Wes needs to become a playmaker. I think he had a solid fall, and played really well at CCC. A lot of this had to do with the fact that he was clearly playing with more confidence, something me and him were talking about before the tourny. But now he has to turn another corner. Being a solid fundamental player isn't going to be enough, he has to become a playmaker at the Brent/Talle/Sean level. Everyone knows he has the throws, and while his cuts can be a bit preditable sometimes, he understands the concepts behind cutting pretty well. Now he needs to develop the explosiveness and speed to go with it. I also think him maintaining the confidence he played with at CCC is vital.

-OK blog interuption. I was going to write a little more on Wes, but I got out most of what I wanted to say. I just got this IM

nikb1456: are you going to the frisbee party on friday?
GardenStateOMind: yeah, im sure ill make an appearance
nikb1456: thats cool
GardenStateOMind: u
nikb1456: yeah, i think so

For those of you who don't know, nikb1456 is Nicole, the infamous exgirlfrined of a month and 22 days. Now what the fuck is this shit. Frisbee parties are my turf. I'm the captain of the the fuckin frisbee team for fuck's sake. It's not even like we're on bad terms or anything, but how the shit do you expect me to be hitting on girls and spittin game with my exgirlfrined there. I mean aren't there laws against this? I'm sure the comment section is going to explode with shit like "its ok, you werent getting anything anyway" or whatever, and that may be so, but its not the fucking point. There's just no fuckin way you can bring the A game with the exgirlfrined present. It's just not possible. I am not fuckin happy about this shit. All I wanted to do was just get drunk with my friends, and hit on random girls, and now this fuckin bomb gets dropped. Fuckin shit ass fuckin shit fuck. Now I'm angry and don't want to blog anymore. For everyone who is dissapointed because they wanted to keep reading, blame Nicole Benoit. She lives in Tower B, room 1118. And as long as your up there, can you get my Pitt Ultimate hoodie? I left it in her room. Whoops.
Ramblings

So this is an idea I'm stealing from my favorite author, Bill Simmons. He's a writer for ESPN.com, and is my favorite writer (yeah, I started reading believe it or not. Crazy). Anyway, he sometimes does columns where he just randomly writes about anything, and that's pretty much what I'm doing here rather than focussing on one specific topic (in this case which would have been CCC). He also does a mailbag, which is an idea I'd like to steal. If people want to write me emails or questions eventually I'll throw em all together and make a post out of it. Kinda like what Talle was trying to do, but a lot at the same time.

WARNING-This post is being written at 9am after pulling an all nighter. So if it's crazy and doesn't make sense, well sorry. But realistically, that might have happened if I wrote it on a full night's sleep anyway.

-CCC had it's ups and downs. We didn't have very high expecatations for ourselves going in because we were missing so many people, but because of that we may have underachieved a bit. I just think on the whole we lacked intensity and never kicked it into that next gear. However, we still finished pretty strong standings wise, and there were times (a lot of the Illinois game, a lot of the Georgia Tech game) where we looked really good. Early in the season I was putting a lot of weight on CCC and it's importance. While I didn't make this as public as the year went on, it was still a very important tournament in my mind as it could have set the right tone for the spring and gave us that "we belong here" type of mentality if we did really well. Others disagreed and downplayed the significance of it, and just saw it more as an oppurtunity to do the best we could with a weakened team playing against good competition. I think the right mindset going in probably would have been something in between.

-The lack of intensity that I just mentioned was particulary troubling to me, because as a captain, and the type of player I think I am in general, that's something I'm supposed to be responsible for igniting. I don't really think Ohio State or Davidson were better teams than us, I just don't think we ever got fired up to make a run on them. Both of those games were the type where if we got ourselves geared up and stole a break or two it would have been a huge shift in momentum and I think we woulda eeked em out.

-I have no fuckin clue how the hell to sub for 20 people. We had like 15 this weekend and I struggled with it. I just have a lot of difficulty not playing to win in most aspects of the game, and this translates over in subbing. It's really a Dline issue because Talle runs the O, but when it comes down to important and close games I'm not really sure how to open up a rotation when you have 5 players (Me, Sean, Andrew, Stu, Rob) on the Dline who expect to, and really should be on every point. Thank god for Weasel I guess.

-So apparently Dylan Tunnel was hurt from Club Natties, which was really sad to watch when he was playing the Hodags. These little squirly guys were like skying him and shit, and he's a lovable beast (well unless he's skying the shit out of your team at college nationals), so watching him out there was kind of like watching Emmitt Smith at the end of his career. Poor Emmitt could barely run for 50 yards in a game, for the Arizona Cardinals no less, and I had to watch my boyhood hero get pushed around by a bunch of shitbags, even though he's the all time leading rusher in NFL history.

-Speaking of Dylan, I got to match up with him when we played them on Sunday, and everytime he made a deep cut I'd take off with him and even though I was stride for stride I was still just kind of like holy shit if this goes up this shits gonna be crazy. He would inteligantly just kind of cut back under after this.

-Personal reflection. I had a lot of throways. That is bad. I didn't have any layout D's. That too is bad. I thought I cut really well and confidently, pretty much for the first time ever against good teams. That is good. I didn't help the O line as much as I should have, but still thought I did alrite. That is so-so. I thought my man D on the weekned was actually pretty good. I didn't get a lot of D's, but I shut my guy down a good percentage of the time I was covering him.

-So the reason I pulled an all nighter was because I was working on the script for my sales call video. My sales call plan, and the basis for the video, was a pitch selling Pittsburgh Pirates season tickets. This is actually a really difficult task when you consider the Pirates have the longest active streak of losing seasons in professional sports. Anyway, I wrote 25 pages on it, and then another 16 for the video script.

-So in some of Sean's thoughts he addressed a lot of his turnovers and stuff like that from CCC. It was encouraging to read a lot of things he said and I feel like he gets the point on a lot of the things I'm going to say, but I'm going to say them anyway because it's my blog. Our D line offense has to be a real offense. We didn't have the personal to do that very effectively at CCC, but we will in the spring, so I would have liked to run it more that way at CCC. While making a break throw instead of a force throw might seem to reap more rewards, I feel like when the Oline has an open cut on the force they always take it. Granted, its a valid concern that there might not be any continuation off that force side throw, but that's a whole nother in itself. We all know Sean has all the pretty throws, but the fact is anytime you start going over the top, throwing some crazy crossfield breaks or a lot of the other fun stuff Sean does, it isn't as high percentage as taking an easy force side throw. We'll have guys who can get open on the force on the Dline, so lets make it happen.

I think this is also the case with our Dlines zone O. Granted this isn't something that happens very often, but our zone O has always been let Sean throw through or over, and then work it from there. But again, anytime you go over the top it's just not a high percentage. When playing with Blaze Sean didn't really throw stuff over the top or anything like that in zone, (while actually except for in the first game he tried to throw me a blade or something, it was a turnover and Walt yelled at him. THEN he didn't throw stuff over the top or anything like that) because he didn't have to. He had confidence that we would march it down the field, and we almost always did. If you have Sean handling with some combo of Jake/Nick/Btate with him, me and Stu popping, and Andrew and Rob stretching, thats a really good zone O line. I hope he has the confidence in that line to get it done like he did with Blaze. Our O shouldnt be Sean do something cool. Our O should be an O, and if we're screwed then Sean does something cool.

-That last little thing there wasn't meant to be a knock against Sean, and if it came off that way, my bad. I love Sean. I want to have his babies. Those were just some thoughts on our D line O as a whole, and isn't that really what we're all here for. My thoughts?

-Speaking of thoughts, Lindsay Macke is really hot. I'm staring at the picture of her thats on my wall right now.

-So speaking of girls. I got my life fucked up by this girl Lacey last night. I invited her over to watch the Steelers game Monday despite the fact that she didn't actually know my name, but we just knew each other threw Wes. We swapped numbers, but she didn't come cus she had to write a paper or something like that. Anyway she calls me last night, and said she missed a call from me, even though I didn't actually call her. It was a really awkward conversation, so I ended it ASAP, then took a minute to think about it, and the following exchange went down via text messaging:

Josh (8:27)-Hm, so when I invited you to watch the game with us at eddies I was pretty sure you didn’t know my name. So did you just pull the I’ll call saying I missed a call card? Cus I defiantly didn’t call ya. I know I’m that irresistible and all, but I wasn’t expecting that much of an effort from ya : ) -josh

Lacey (8:32)-Lol, no but that would have been pretty tricky of me. My phone rang three times in class so I looked at the three last missed calls. One of them might have called twice.

Josh (8:35)-Haha, whatever you say there buddy. But if you want to hang out with me that bad maybe ill be able to fit ya in.

Lacey (8:45)-ooo mr. popular. Looks like you basically sweat me haha

Josh (8:54)-Haha im sure youd just love that wouldn’t ya. Id say id sweat ya enough to let ya buy me a cup of coffee later, but other than that im feelin pretty cool

Lacey (8:58)-Let me buy you? I think you have that backwards. But if you need a break later I might be available. Early class though.

Josh (9:07)-Alrite well we’ll see how the night goes, but im gonna get back to my work. Try not to miss me too much…

Lacey (9:32)-Lol I don’t even like know you but I’ll try not to

-Basically, I tried to go cocky and arrogant on her. She took everyone line and threw it back in my face. I flipped out about this to Vatz for a good half hour, drank a beer because I was pissed off, and then wrote my 16 pages of sales call scripting.

-I'm going to be late for class, but this was fun so I'll do a part two within the next 24 hours. If I don't then you come come over my house and steal an animal cracker from me. Um. What?

-By the way, it was brought to my attention the other day that Jaeger read my blog. This is a very big deal to me, as you all know how I feel about Jaeger, Walt and Pike as a whole. It's really rather unfortunate that they now see how retarded I actually am in real life, as opposed to summer where I made somewhat of an attempt to keep it all together. So much for that.

Tooodles,
Josh

Confidence

TyronePower3000 (2:03:04 AM): by the way...this needs to be our teams feeling in the spring:
TyronePower3000 (2:03:05 AM): "Nobody could give that kind of confidence to an athlete, except himself. It couldnt be faked, or called up at the last minute. You got it from everything you did leading up to the competition, so that on the day of the race itself, you looked around at all the other strong riders beside you and said, "I'm ready. I've done more than they have. Bring it on."

I just woke up and was going to get ready for work, but I have this little doozie awaiting me from Sean. We were talking about life last night, and just how at 2am, even though I wanted to be asleep like 2 hours ago I was going to end up staying up and reading about cutting to grab a piece of circular plastic, which a few years ago if you told me those are the types of things I'd do with my life I'd thought you were nuts. Not to mention, the book (The Bible, aka UTT, aka, Ultimate Techniques and Tactics), is written by a guy named Jim Parinella, who is one of the most succesful players in our sport. This is kind of funny, because before I knew who Parinella was, if I heard the name Jimmy P, i would instincitevely think rapist, drug dealer, or the underutilized child molestor. I also just re-read this last paragraph, and I'm not sure if there's a rational thought in there. I don't function well in the morning. Anyway, to something of substance...

My freshman year, we played Bucknell at their home tournament in Shippensburg. This weekend had many ups and downs, as Brody played with us, it was Sean's last college tournament for a long long time, there was a lot of controversy because Bucknell switched their roster mid tourny to stack up the team we were playing. It's amazing how I can remember the specifics of almost every game from a tournament two years ago but I'm not exactly sure what I did yesterday. Another moment from this trip, which has no relevance but I always thought it was funny. When we're driving down, Brody and Whitey are up front, and I'm sitting bitch between Sean and John Harden (You know, the token 29 year old spazzy guy who has since fallen off the face of the earth, and the last time I saw him he had a scruffy beard, a ripped tshirt, stained pants and was drinking straight from a carton of milk right in front of the Cathedral. I swear to god I did not make any of that up. Every team has one of those guys, right? Or at least I keep telling myself.) Anyway, Brody had a mix on and they were most U2 songs and stuff like that that everyone knows, and at points we all sung some of the songs under our breath. That is until "I like big butts and I can not lie" came on. See Harden knows every single word to this song, and I sat next to him, and listened to him recite every single word. Quite a moment. Haha, looking back I just wrote another paragraph with no real point. It had a point in the beggining, but I just got sidetracked. This blogging thing is actually kind of fun. Let's try this again.

So we're at Bucknell. We played this shitty ass old team from Harrisburg, who were being bitches because they had declared a jihad against college kids like 10 years ago. We played like shit, went down 7-3 at half, Sean yelled at us, before proceeding to accidently break some guys arm (the only actual nice guy on the other team no less), and we came back and won on universe point. I scored 5 goals that game, and the reason I know this is because it was one of the first games in my career I played with confidence. When I was cutting, I'd look at the guy defending me, realize he was half my age prolly had an artificial body part in him somewhere, and decided there was no way he could even fuckin touch me. In the final game against Bucknell however, this confidence, was not there so much. I'd match up against my guy, some athletic looking college kid, and be kind of intimidated. It wasn't so much that I was scared as much as I knew if I got beat in, Brody would yell at me, I knew if I got beat out, Brody would yell at me, and I wasn't really sure how to play defense, having only been playing the game for a few months. I think of games back then and can't help but think if I were a better player, we prolly could have pulled it out. I don't even really think that that is much the case, as much as if I were a more confident player, I think I could have made the difference and we would have pulled it out.

Fast forward to First Night of Flight, January of 2004. My team was pretty bad, because I was the second best player on it behind Pre. These days, I'd say that would make for a great start on a FNOF team, not to mention a helleva lot of fun, but back then I was still just a clueless rookie with a lot of heart and desire for the game, but not really much in the talent depot. Despite this, I played my heart out that night. On Pitt I was on the bottom of the food chain, as even though our team wasn't that good, most players were better than me. FNOF has a summer league type feel to it, as if you've played for a decent college team you're prolly better than most other people out there, except instead of the summer, its 4am in January. I remember after the second game I played really well, this guy who played for Jawbone who I didn't shut down, but defintatly contained, went up to Pre and asked him who I was. This was a BIG deal for me. Going into the next game, my confidence is at an all time high and Pre matches me up against Banyas, who at the time I viewed as an elite played because I had this thing about thinking everyone was on RUN had to be an elite player. I got a few D's on him, scored on him a few times, got open at will, and just played real well against him. Looking back now, the D's I got were prolly just because I was trying so much harder than prolly anyone there, the goals and getting open at will were prolly just because Banyas poaches the shit out of everyone, let alone someone who he knows has only been playing a few months, and containing Banyas at in indoor game isn't very hard because he prolly just hucked it all the time. I didn't know any of this at the time though, and the tournament as a whole started a new chapter for me as a player. I started on the D line every tournament in the spring, and thought I was one of the teams better defenders, not because I really had much of an idea of what I was doing, but because I began to play with confidence.

I think playing with confidence is one of the most important, if not THE most important aspect in the game. Sean goes out and knows he can break anyones mark. This is a confidence thing in my mind. Obviously he has the throws too, but if you don't have the confidence to break the mark, you're not gonna do it, throws or not. Think back to Boston, and the huck that Sean threw me that I jumped 10 minutes to early for against Pike. Jaeger was defending me, I'm intimidated as shit of Jaeger, and because of that it made me play differently. Blaze has done numbers for my confidence the past two years, and I'm sure it helped Sean as well, because it shows that we can play with those guys. I may not be as good a defender as Jaeger or Dono, Sean may not have Walt's composure with the disc, and we may not be as fuckin sweet a person as Reavy, but we both felt like when we both stepped on the field with players of that caliber, we belonged. That's a big deal for two up and coming college players.

Playing with Burgh this past fall definatly hurt my confidence, and I think set me back as a player. Punishment or not, I was a bench player for the team, and that's something I've never dealt with well, especially since I felt like I should have been playing every D point. When I was in there, because it was limited oppurtunities I felt like I had to make something happening, rather than just playing my game, which set me up for more critism and failure. Just an overall miserable experience, but I think that the main reason it was such a bad experience, besides Burgh just being retarded, was I had no confidence.

This leads me to nationals. Brent was by far our best player at nationals last year, and I think that's because Brent never loses confidence in himself. If a guy fronts him, he doesn't care, he's going to get open under anyway. A disc is floating, his defender is taller and can jump higher, Brent doesn't care, it's his disc. I can't think of a time Brent ever lost this confidenc, while for everyone else at one point or another throughout the tournament we each had a deer in headlights issue. I think most of our players from last years team can play at that level. We had the skills, we had the athletism. The main three things we were missing were experience playing at that level, confidence to play at that level, and Stu, who I think always has that confidence in him no matter what. I think for players like me and Sean, it wasn't that we lost confidence in ourselves, as much as our team. Being unable to get the turn and score and watching players like Tony and Reed get torched over and over again doesn't do much to help you're teams confidence.

You can read all the motivational material you want, listen to all of Sean's pep talks, or listen to Rage Against the Machine or Hanson before a big game all you want, but I still think confidence has to be acquired and experienced. This can happen at any moment to any player, is smaller or larger capacities. I played Jack from GW a few points at Deleware, and I didn't think he did shit against me. I always viewed him as being this big bad ass player, and being Andrew's matchup, but I now have a, fuck that, I'll own him mentality. I could have fired myself up to matchup up against him all I wanted, but that confidence is something you can't acquire until you've earned it.

We didn't entirely sub the Maryland game to win. If we had, Rob would have been on the field for the D point on universe point. Instead it was me Andrew Sean and 4 rookies. (Btate, PHam, Jake and Nick. I know Jake and Nick aren't rookies in the true rookie sense, but they've never played for this team at this level, so they're rookies) We needed to lose a game, everyone knew it, but I think the biggest reason I didn't want to lose that game was because Pat got a layout D on the goaline on universe point that came back. If he got that D and we turned it around and scored, that definatly would have been one of those moments for him, the kind you never forget, and that set a tone for the rest of your career. Talk about what a confidence boost it woulda been for a rookie to get the game saving layout D on the goaline, and then help march it down to field to score the game winning goal. For a kid we're expecting to matchup with against Beau at nationals, that confidence boost might have been one of the best things that could have happened to this team.

Those moments that push your confidence to the next level are hard to create or replicate. They just happen, and when they do you have to recognize it for what it is and stuff up to the plate. When the moments come, whether it's at the first tournament in the spring, or the last, you have to be prepared. That's what I took the Lance quote to mean. It means when it's universe point and you're matched up against you're guy, which one of you is going to get the better of the other one. The preperation for that is an incredible amount of work, realizing that guy you're matched up against is working just as hard, and then doing an incredible amount of work on top of it. For many of us, our window for that confidence moment might not come till Nationals. When the time comes, we need to be prepared, because the oppurtunity might not come across again.

Haha, this is soooooo long. Holy shit. Plus I need to be at work an hour ago, eating my big ass salad with salmon from the salad factory. Till next time...

Udel

Apparently the cool thing to do these days is to write in your blog about stuff and the hot topic is this weekends tournament in Deleware, so I guess I'll jump on the bandwagon.

So I think it's fair to say everyone left with a pretty sour taste in their mouth, but the consensus also seems to be losing at this tournament was a necesary evil. Necesary because we all had way too much of a "We're the shit" mindset going into it. Evil because losing fucking sucks. With that being said it's all for not unless this is spun the right way and people use it as motivation to get better.

Segway (yeah, I know I spelt that wrong. Yeah, I know spelt isn't a word. But honestly, if you didn't expet spelling and gramatical errors in a blog written by Josh Suskin, then you obviously don't know me very well, so get over it. Just figured I'd clear this up now early on in the process, because I'm sure there will be more of it down the road.) to practice Tuesday. I was a few minutes late because I had some computer issues on an assignment that I needed to turn in before 3. I was greeted by Vatz, who asked where everyone was, to which I responded all we ever have at 3pm is 7 people, to which he told me maybe I should set a better example by being on time. While he is correct in this assesment (that was the first practice I've been late for, but I was in fact late), it was kind of disheartening that the fact that we only have 7 people at 3pm was news to him, as I'm sure it would be news to other people as well unless they're one of those 7. I don't know if that made sense, but yeah, lateness is fuckin gay.

This exchange kind of summed up a lot of the fall for me thus far. An example needs to be set by the leadership (Sean and I, but specifically me because Sean can't practice Thursday and gets there late Tuesday, so as much as I may or may not be ready to run this ship, I still find myself in that role for much of our practice time so I have to be better at it). However at the same time, team members need to take responsibility for their own actions and recognize that there are times when they will have to push themselves, will have to strive to get better on their own, and will have to practice and play hard not because I told them to or motivated them to, but because they found it within themselves.

This is not meant to push blame off on anyone else or take any responsibilty off my shoulders. One thing Jaeger talked to me about in my last email was how people are going to be watching me and I have to set an example. If my head is down and I'm upset, then its going to play off on the team, as are other actions. Clearly I still have a lot to learn about my leadership role.

Ok, so that was a little bit of a sidetrack, but that's going to happen a lot in this blog too. The title afterall, is one big mindfuck, so my mind is allowed to run off and play sometimes.

I don't really have much to say on Saturday. Most of the day was a joke, the score of the Bucknell game was too close, but I'm not losing too much sleep over that, and we prolly shoulda played the rookies more and vets less. Live and learn.

Alrite, that was only part I. Part II will come sooner than later, just kinda getting interupted right now and this got longer than me thought it would be...
First blog post coming soon. Get excited people...
